RingCentral, Dialpad, and Quo are fine phone systems. But their "AI" mostly takes notes, and the one that actually answers your line is a metered add-on that still cannot book an appointment or take a deposit. Magic Voice does, at a flat price for the whole shop.

RingCentral gives away transcription, then paywalls anything that actually books. Their AI Receptionist is about $49 a month plus $0.50 a minute, they bill you for inbound texts too, and their SMS rates are climbing. Stack the add-ons to approximate Magic Voice and you pass $300 a seat, and it still cannot touch your OrbisX calendar.
Dialpad puts good AI transcription in every plan, which is why it looks cheap. But there is no AI that answers and books a job, the real business features sit behind the $25 Pro tier, and the advanced AI is up-sold to a $75-plus contact-center line. Per seat, it adds up fast, and none of it books your appointment.
Quo is a clean product with a nice app, and its Sona AI can take a message. But Sona is metered per call, caps out, and cannot check your calendar, book the appointment, or collect a deposit. Automated texts bill per message on top of the seat price.
